Band You Should Check Out: The Steelwells


The Steelwells have had a steady rise in the California music scene, gathering a ever growing army of loyal and dedicated fans. Comparisons in the music press to the Beach boys and Wilco sit comfortably with the band, who in such a short space of time seem to have carved out their own niche in an otherwise fickle – and at times elitist – California music scene.- Ian P

    It's pretty good. Not sure I'd buy a song, but wouldn't turn it off either.

    Of course since you mentioned it, I definitely hear hints of Wilco. I like this kind of sound though, thanks for the find!
